Radius Gold closed a $1.248 million non-brokered private placement, issuing 10.4 million units at $0.12. Each unit includes one share and one warrant exercisable at $0.20 for one year. Proceeds will fund exploration at the Tierra Roja copper and Jonco silver projects in Peru, plus general working capital.
