Silver Storm Mining closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $14.625 million through 29.25 million units at $0.50. Eric Sprott invested $7.5 million. Strong demand prompted the Company to further increase the offering to up to $21 million, with proceeds supporting drilling at La Parrilla and working capital.

Guanajuato Silver reported its second consecutive profitable quarter, with Q2 2026 net income of US$557,000 on US$42.5 million revenue. Mine operating income reached US$9.1 million and adjusted EBITDA US$5.8 million. Silver production increased 2% to 347,481 ounces, while the Company substantially reduced debt and ended the quarter with US$19.9 million in cash and investments.
