GR Silver Mining adopted an Advance Notice Policy establishing procedures and deadlines for shareholder nominations of directors. The policy is effective immediately and will apply to the October 21, 2026 AGM, where shareholders will be asked to ratify it. If not approved by ordinary resolution, the policy will terminate following the meeting.
Starcore International Mines reported Q1 2027 production of 2,008 gold-equivalent ounces at its San Martin Mine in Querétaro, up 17% quarter-over-quarter. Ore milled increased 9% to 49,555 tonnes. Carbonaceous ore processing reached 100 tpd, while geophysical surveys identified new exploration targets for upcoming RC and diamond drilling.
Pinnacle Silver and Gold reported initial underground drilling results from the El Potrero project in Durango. At Pinos Cuates, assays reached 59.2 g/t Au and 424 g/t Ag over 1.07 m with visible gold. Drilling extended the known mineralized strike length to at least 70 m, with further underground and surface drilling planned.
