Almaden Provides Update on Arbitration Process with Mexico

The hearing for Almaden Minerals and Almadex Minerals’ CPTPP arbitration claim against Mexico has been rescheduled from December 2026 to July 2027. The tribunal extended the hearing from six to up to ten days to allow sufficient examination of witnesses and experts. Almaden believes the added time will support a stronger presentation of its case.

Americas Gold and Silver Reports Financial Results for Q2 2026 Highlighted by Strong Operational Performance at Cosalá and Upgrade Project Progress at the Galena Complex

Americas Gold and Silver’s Q2 revenue rose 71% to $46 million, while its net loss narrowed to $5 million. Silver production totaled 665,000 ounces, including 337,000 ounces from Cosalá, up 26%. Galena’s completed shaft modernization increased hoisting capacity by 150%. The company maintained 2026 guidance of 3.2–3.6 million silver ounces.
