Canasil shareholders approved all resolutions at the July 21 meeting, including the proposed name change to Canadian Silver Corp., election of directors, appointment of the auditor and confirmation of the stock option plan. The name change remains subject to regulatory approval and will not alter the company’s share capital.
Avino produced 534,945 AgEq oz in Q2 2026: 267,305 oz silver, 2,178 oz gold and 729,929 lb copper. AgEq output declined 17% year-over-year, mainly due to lower copper production. La Preciosa contributed 100,658 AgEq oz, up 59% from Q1, while consolidated mill throughput reached 184,293 tonnes.
Kingsmen Resources’ deepest Soledad hole at Las Coloradas intersected 5.20 m grading 257 g/t AgEq, including 1.40 m at 641 g/t AgEq. The result extends mineralization 54 m down-dip and confirms silver-gold continuity over at least 135 m vertically. The system remains open along strike and at depth.
Silver Storm reported high-grade oxide results from the San Marcos mine at La Parrilla, Durango, including 661 g/t AgEq over 3.7 m and 328 g/t AgEq over 15.35 m. Drilling indicates potential to extend near-surface Indicated and Inferred resources. Follow-up surface drilling is planned from recently permitted pads.
Coeur’s record US$158 million 2026 exploration program is advancing Palmarejo and Las Chispas. Palmarejo drilling expanded high-grade Eastern District and near-mine mineralization, supporting development studies and reserve growth. At Las Chispas, exceptional Gap Zone results extended several veins beyond one kilometre and demonstrated rapid conversion of discoveries into reserves.
Talamore Mining closed a C$149.5 million private placement, issuing 18,687,500 shares at C$8.00 each. Proceeds will support initial construction and early works at Yukon’s Coffee Gold Project, along with permitting, engineering, long-lead procurement and working capital. Insiders purchased approximately 5.14 million shares.
Luca Mining produced 6,161 oz gold, 334,237 oz silver, 8.88 million lb zinc, 2.66 million lb copper and 1.94 million lb lead during Q2 2026. Quarter-end cash was $24.7 million, debt was approximately $1.4 million, and record quarterly drilling totaled 12,400 metres.
Goldgroup filed an updated NI 43-101 report for its fully permitted San Francisco Gold Project in Sonora, outlining 1.227 Moz of M&I gold resources and 178,000 inferred ounces. The El Llano exploration target could contain 788,000–960,000 ounces. Goldgroup is targeting a production restart in late 2026 or early 2027.
Goldgroup Mining completed its merger with Gold Resource Corporation, which now operates as its wholly owned subsidiary. GRC shareholders receive 0.3619 Goldgroup shares per share. Led by CEO Allen Palmiere, Goldgroup will trade as GORO on NYSE American and TSXV, combining three Mexican gold assets: San Francisco, Cerro Prieto and Don David.
Madoro Metals signed a definitive agreement to acquire Narrow River Resources’ Québec mineral assets through a proposed reverse takeover, consolidating lithium exploration assets in the emerging Décelles camp. The transaction remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, TSXV acceptance, and completion of a concurrent private placement of up to C$1.23 million.
