Silver Storm Commences Hot Commissioning of the La Parrilla Sulphide Circuit, Amends the Samsung Prepayment Agreement, and Secures US$5 Million Loan from First Majestic

Silver Storm has commenced hot commissioning of the expanded 1,250 tpd sulphide processing circuit at its La Parrilla mine in Durango, using high-grade stockpiled sulphide material to produce silver-rich lead and zinc concentrates. The milestone advances the mine restart, supported by extended Samsung offtake terms and a US$5 million financing from First Majestic.

Sierra Madre Receives Permit to Start East District Exploration Drilling

Sierra Madre Gold & Silver has received SEMARNAT approval to begin exploration drilling in the East District of its La Guitarra silver-gold complex. The permit covers 22 drill pads for the first phase of a fully funded 30,000-metre program targeting up to 30 vein systems, with drilling expected to commence within 60 days.

Mining Americas Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2026 Gold Production

Mining Americas produced 9,105 ounces of gold from its Pan Mine in Nevada during Q2 2026, bringing first-half production to 17,839 ounces. The company remains on track to meet its 40,000–45,000-ounce annual guidance, with higher grades and production expected in the second half as mining advances into better ore zones.
