Almaden Provides Update on Arbitration Process with Mexico

The companies filed their Reply to Mexico’s Counter-Memorial and increased their damages claim to US$2.68 billion, citing the permit denial, concession suspension, and cancellation of mineral rights. Mexico’s Rejoinder is due in August 2026, with hearings scheduled for December 2026.
