Sonoro Gold Announces $10 Million Private Placement

Sonoro Gold announced a non-brokered private placement to raise CAD $10 million through the issuance of 40 million units at CAD $0.25 each. Each unit includes one share and one three-year warrant exercisable at CAD $0.34. Proceeds will fund development of the Cerro Caliche gold project in Sonora and general working capital.
