The deal is structured as a proposed reverse takeover and remains subject to definitive agreements, regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Minera Alamos Inc. (TSXV: MAI, OTCQX: MAIFD) engaged Velocity Trade Capital Ltd. for market-making services to enhance liquidity, reduce volatility, and maintain an orderly market for its shares, per TSXV policies.
