Kootenay Silver Inc. closed a bought deal LIFE private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$18 million by issuing 8,000,001 common shares at C$2.25 each (including full over-allotment). Proceeds will advance its Columba and La Cigarra silver projects in Mexico, plus general corporate purposes.
