Endeavour Silver Corp. announced a US $300 million private offering of unsecured convertible senior notes due 2031, with an option to sell an extra US $45 million. Proceeds are planned to repay secured debt, fund the Pitarrilla project in Durango, Mexico, and for general corporate purposes. The notes will pay fixed interest, be convertible into shares, and are subject to customary conditions.
