Sonoro Gold Announces Closing of Oversubscribed $4.9M Private Placement

Sonoro Gold Corp. closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising CAD $4.9 million by issuing 24.5 million units at $0.20 each. Proceeds will fund development of the Cerro Caliche gold project in Mexico and general working capital.
