Starcore International Mines Ltd. (TSX: SAM) held its AGM on October 24, 2025, with 48.75% shareholder attendance. All directors elected (85-99% votes); other matters approved >96%, including auditor appointment, Côte d’Ivoire spin-out, and $5M private placement. Board appointed Eadie as CEO, Garcia as COO, Arca as CFO, Avelino as Secretary.
