Alamos Gold sold its Turkish development projects (Kirazlı, Ağı Dağı, Çamyurt) to Tümad Madencilik for $470M cash: $160M at closing, $160M after one year, $150M after two years (secured by bank guarantees). Proceeds to fund North American growth and reduce debt.
