Mammoth Resources Corp. announced a strategic alliance with RM Minerías, a Mexican mining group, to develop and restart mineral projects in Mexico, enhancing Mammoth’s Tenoriba gold-silver project. Defiance Silver Corp. announced a private placement with Red Cloud Securities Inc. to sell up to 32 million units at C$0.25 each, aiming for C$8 million in proceeds. Each unit includes one common share and half a warrant, exercisable at C$0.35 for 24 months. An additional 8 million units may be sold under an agent’s option.
