Xali Gold has signed a definitive 5+5-year agreement with Remedioambiente S.A. de C.V. (led by Keith Piggott) to begin underground test mining and recovery work on the historic El Oro gold-silver project in Mexico, targeting material above the 2400 m level.
Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. updated on January 29, 2025, its proposed acquisition of up to 100% El Potrero gold-silver project (Mexico), with 2% NSR. Definitive agreement deadline extended to February 21, 2025. Due diligence complete, NI 43-101 report suitable, title opinion revised. Closing expected mid-February pending TSXV approval.
Alamos Gold received SEMARNAT approval for an environmental permit amendment on Jan 29, 2025, allowing construction start on the Puerto Del Aire underground project in Mexico’s Mulatos District. Ramp-up mid-2025; first production mid-2027. Initial capex $165M; avg 127koz Au/year first 4 years at $1,003/oz AISC.
