Golden Minerals Company is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced registered direct offering for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 1,427,587 shares of common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof) at a purchase price of $1.45 per share in a registered direct offering.
This Report provides an overview of the payments to governments made by Fresnillo plc and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2022 as required under the UK Reports on Payments to Governments Regulation 2014 and its amendment in December 2015 (the UK Regulations).

Net proceeds of the Offering, if any, together with the Company’s current cash resources, will be used to fund the construction and development of the Company’s Terronera Mine, to advance the evaluation and development of the Pitarrilla and Parral properties, to assess potential development stage mineral properties for acquisition, to fund the potential acquisition of other development stage mineral properties, for continued exploration on the Company’s existing mineral properties and to add to the Company’s working capital.
