Mako Mining Announces Completion of Sale of its Mexican Operations to GR Silver Mining

Akiba Leisman, Chief Executive Officer of Mako states that, “the sale of our Mexican operations is an important milestone for the Company. We are now 100% focused on bringing our San Albino gold project in northern Nicaragua into commercial production, as well as running an extensive exploration program on our 188 square kilometer land package.”

GR Silver Completes Acquisition of 100% of Marlin Gold, Including its Past-Producing La Trinidad Mine and Extensive Concession Portfolio in the Rosario Mining District

The acquisition of Marlin is the third significant transaction completed by GR Silver Mining since listing on the TSX-V in March 2018. In accordance with the Company’s long-term strategy, GR Silver Mining now controls two past-producing mines (Plomosas and La Trinidad) that are fully permitted for future production, a current resource at San Marcial, as well as the most prospective Ag-Au exploration ground in the Rosario Mining District.
