McEwen Mining: Disruption of Mexican Operation

McEwen Mining Inc. reports that activities at its El Gallo Project in Mexico have been temporarily suspended as the result of an illegal blockade of the main access to the property by members of nearby communities.

Almaden Resumes Exploration at the Ixtaca Property

Initial work is going to focus on identifying drill targets in the area of the Southeast Alteration Zone through further mapping and additional geophysics. As reported in the Fall of 2020, this area measures about 1.5 kilometre east-west by 1 km north-south, and is centered approximately 1 km southeast of the Ixtaca deposit.
