Teck Resources Limited announced today that it has commenced cash tender offers for any and all of its outstanding 4.500% Notes due 2021, 4.75% Notes due 2022 and 3.750% Notes due 2023.

The New Year Zone diamond-drill core program was completed by Layne de Mexico under the guidance of Steve Weiss (Chief Technical Advisor) and Jonathan George (CEO), with onsite supervision by geologists from Ridgestone’s partner YQ Gold.

Pursuant to the LOI, Apollo has confirmed its intention to enter into a 3 year earn-in option with First Majestic to acquire 100% of First Majestic’s ownership in its Jalisco Group of properties, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. The LOI is non-binding, however it is the intention of Apollo and First Majestic to enter into a Definitive Agreement within 90 days.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business, including the re-election of each director nominated, the ratification of the Company’s stock option plan and re-pricing of certain stock options. Smythe LLP were reappointed as auditors.
