Candente Gold Corp. is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent to enter into a profit sharing agreement on the Cocula Gold Project in Jalisco State, Mexico whereby Candente Gold will be entitled to receive 70% of any potential profits that may be derived from mining and processing of the deposit.

The Company awaits a response from SEMARNAT to the Court decision. Almaden will update shareholders when it has more information regarding the impact of this decision on SEMARNAT’s review of the MIA permit.

Capitan will now focus its efforts on the exploration of the Peñoles project in Durango, Mexico where we plan to begin our drill program in the coming weeks.”
