The proceeds of this Offering will be used exclusively for generative exploration activities on McEwen’s properties in the Timmins region.

Aztec Minerals Corp. announces that the first 5 holes totaling 843 meters of the current 2,900 metre, 20-hole Phase 1 reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Tombstone Property have been completed.
Exploration work is being funded and managed by Resolution Minerals in a collaborative arrangement with Millrock as the project operator.
