Silver One Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has increased the size of its previously announced private placement financing. Due to oversubscribed demand, the private placement financing will increase from 10,680,000 units to 20,820,000 Units at a price of $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $5,205,000.
With the closing of the bought deal public offering and exercise by SSR Mining of its equity participation right, SilverCrest is in a robust financial position to advance the high-grade precious metal Las Chispas Project in Sonora, Mexico with C$124 million of cash and no debt.
Bradford Cooke, Endeavour CEO, commented, “The Company’s performance last year was negatively impacted by operating issues at all four mines. We made sweeping changes to the mining operations in Q2 and Q3 and as a result, we are finally seeing production turning around, led by Guanacevi. Endeavour expects higher production at each of its three mines in 2020.”
