Prospero Completes Buenavista Drilling in Mexico and Grants Stock Options

Prospero Silver Corp. is pleased to provide results for drilling of its Buenavista project in northwest Durango State, Mexico. Eleven holes, totaling 2,811m of core drilling, were completed. The drilling at Buenavista was the fourth project to be drilled under the terms of a second round of strategic investment from Fortuna Silver Mines, Inc.

Aura Minerals Announces Filing of the Aranzazu Feasibility Study

Aura Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce that it has filed the NI 43-101 Feasibility Study and Technical Report on the Aranzazu mine located in the State of Zacatecas, Mexico. The FS entitled “Feasibility Study of the Re-Opening of the Aranzazu Mine, Zacatecas, Mexico” was prepared by the Company in collaboration with engineering companies and specialized consultants.

Magellan Provides Update on El Dorado Gold-Silver Project

“We have placed a high priority on achieving early production at El Dorado,” said Pierce Carson, Magellan’s CEO. “The drilled resource appears to be sufficient to support an underground mining operation for five years at a mining rate of 100 tonnes per day. We plan to truck the ore to the Company’s SDA Mill for processing.”

Kootenay Silver Reports Sampling Results of 36.0 Gpt Gold at Malé Gold Project, Sonora State Mexico

Recent sampling by Kootenay at Malé continues to return anomalous gold mineralization from old pits and hand-dug small trenches found on surface. Thirty-three samples taken during the past month returned gold values ranging from 0.05 to 36.0 gpt with nineteen samples producing values of greater than 1.0 gpt gold. Highlights from the latest sampling program include gold assays of 36.0, 25.5, 24.7 17.0 and 12.10 gpt.

Prospero Secures Additional Investment from Fortuna Silver Mines

Prospero Silver Corp is pleased to announce that it has arranged a US$270,000 (approximately Cdn $356,000) strategic investment from Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., a growth-oriented mid-tier precious metals producer. Fortuna currently owns an aggregate of 10,714,284 common shares of the Company representing an aggregate of 20.32% of the current issued and outstanding shares. Following the completion of the private placement, Fortuna will own 15,460,951 shares in Prospero, or approximately 26.9% of the Company’s issued share capital.

IMPACT Silver Discovers New Zone at the Guadalupe Mine, Mexico Initial Results include 2.61 meters of 1,263 g/t Silver and 8.82 meters of 306 g/t Silver

IMPACT Silver Corp. is pleased to announce the discovery of a new mineralized shoot on the Lipton vein in the Guadalupe mine. The new Lipton Norte Zone was discovered during an underground drill program which was designed to test the northern extension of the near vertical vein system. To date the new zone has been drilled over a length of 120m and vertical distance of 80m. The well mineralized shoot remains open in all directions.
