Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of the plan of arrangement pursuant to which Alio Gold will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Rye Patch Gold Corp.

(TSX-V:AMZ) (OTCQX:AXDDF), and New Almadex changed its name from 1154229 B.C. Ltd. to Almadex Minerals Ltd.
