En julio pasado, la empresa “Minera Caballo Blanco SA de CV”, presentó ante la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT), el Documento técnico Unificado (DTU), del trámite de Cambio de Uso de Suelo Forestal, modalidad B-particular, “para la explotación a cielo abierto (Tajo)”, como parte del proyecto “La Paila” en el municipio de Alto Lucero.
