Source Exploration Corp. announces that an update to the terms of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units of the Company consisting of one common share of the Company and one half of one common share purchase warrant at a price of $0.08 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $800,000.
