Santacruz Silver Reports PEA Results and New Resource on San Felipe Project, Mexico

Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. is pleased to announce the results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment and new resource estimate prepared pursuant to National Instrument 43-101 on its San Felipe Project located 130 km northeast of Hermosillo in Sonora State, Mexico. Torex Infill Drilling Increases Measured and Indicated Gold Ounces at El Limon Sur

Torex Gold Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that infill drilling in the El Limon Sur portion of the El Limon deposit has added a net 126,000 ounces of gold in the measured and indicated category. The El Limon Sur area is now estimated to contain 2.6 million tonnes in the measured and indicated categories, grading 2.73 g/t, for 225,000 ounces of gold, and 2.3 million tonnes, grading 2.45 g/t for 182,000 ounces of gold in the inferred category.

Red Tiger Correction to August 20, 2014 News Release

Red Tiger Mining Inc., wishes to correct a numerical error in its news release dated August 20, 2014. The option grant referred to in the news release, should have read that 1,935,000 options of the Company were granted instead of 1,865,000. All other terms are identical.

Orex Grants Stock Options

Marlin Receives Permits on Its Second Project; La Trinidad Continues to Ramp-Up

Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has received Mexican federal government approval of its Environmental Impact Statement at the El Compas project in Zacatecas, Mexico. The MIA was approved on September 2, 2014. The state-level change of land use permit from the State of Zacatecas was issued in 2013. In addition to Marlin’s flagship La Trinidad mine, El Compas is now the second project Marlin has permitted in Mexico over the last two years.

GoGold Updates Parral Mine Commissioning. On Schedule and Performing Well

GoGold Resources Ltd. is pleased to provide an update on the commissioning of its Parral Tailings Project in Mexico. Commissioning of the main plant began in June 2014 and production rates have been consistently increasing as ramping up continues. As of August 31st, 2014, approximately 180,000 tonnes have been agglomerated and stacked on the lined heap leach pad and a total of 61,000 ounces of silver and 105 ounces of gold have been produced as dore. In accordance with the mine plan, the first material being treated is from Zone 3 (known as the Red Hill). The performance to date has met or exceeded expectations based on the following performance indicators:

“Don Diego” Project Achieves Important Milestone

Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc., a pioneer in the field of deep-ocean exploration, reported that the Environmental Impact Assessment for proposed dredging and recovery of phosphate sands from the “Don Diego” deposit has been filed with the Mexican Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT). According to governmental regulations, a response is expected in approximately 60 business days.
