San Marco Resources Plans Share Consolidation and Financing and Reduces Property Holdings in order to Focus on Cuatro de Mayo

The Board of Directors of San Marco Resources Inc. reports that as a result of extensive discussions with various financial advisors, it believes it is in the best interest of the Company to consolidate its common shares on the basis of one post-consolidation common share for every five pre-consolidation common shares. Subsequent to this consolidation, which is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval, San Marco intends to raise approximately $500,000 by way of a private placement financing on the terms set out below.

McEwen Mining Q3 2014 Production Results

McEwen Mining Inc. is pleased to announce production results as of Sept. 30, 2014. For the quarter,30,642 gold eq. oz and for the nine months, 93,987 gold eq. oz were produced. Production guidance for the year remains unchanged at 135,000-140,000 gold eq. oz. Production is expected to increase in Q4, due to higher grades and processing capacity at El Gallo 1 and higher grades at San José. Production costs will be reported in November 2014 with Q3 financials.

Garibaldi Makes New Surface Discovery North of Silver Eagle

Garibaldi Resources Corp. is pleased to report further expansion of near-surface mineralization similar to high-grade silicified rock discovered at the Silver Eagle target, part of its Rodadero Silver-Gold Project in Sonora State, Mexico. Phase 2 drilling continues at Silver Eagle in addition to extensive mapping and sampling along trend immediately north and south of the discovery zone and throughout the multiple target project area. Rodadero North stretches 10 km north-south and nearly 5 km east-west.

Santacruz Silver Announces Third Quarter 2014 Production Results
