The Board of Directors of Scorpio Mining Corporation today announced that it has accepted the resignation of Scorpio’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Parviz Farsangi, and unanimously appointed the Company’s Chairman, founder and former Chief Executive Officer, Peter J.
