Jadar Resources Limited (ASX:JDR) (renamed EV Resources Limited) (the Company) wishes to advise that following Shareholder approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2021, that the change of the Company name from Jadar Resources Limited to EV Resources Limited will take place on ASX tomorrow.
The following changes will be implemented tomorrow by ASX:
- Change of name to EV Resources Limited; and
- Change of ASX Ticker to “EVR” (from “JDR”).
