Antimony Resources Limited (formerly EV Resources Limited) (ASX:ANT) (“Antimony Resources” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an operational update on the Tecomatlán Antimony Processing Plant in Puebla, Mexico, where work remains on schedule and the plant continues to advance toward wet commissioning and the processing of prepared mineralised material. The Company also advises that, following shareholder approval at its General Meeting held on Wednesday 2 September 2026 and registration of the change of name by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), its securities have commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange under the new name Antimony Resources Limited and new ASX code ANT.
Antimony Resources Executive Chairman, Shane Menere commented:
“The team on the ground at Tecomatlán continues to deliver. With the crushing campaign complete, approximately 200 tonnes of mineralised material prepared, and the grinding and flotation circuits nearing mechanical completion, we are moving steadily toward wet commissioning and our first processing campaign.”
“At the same time, trading as Antimony Resources under the ASX code ANT marks an important milestone for the Company. Our new identity clearly reflects what we do: advance antimony, a critical mineral of growing strategic importance, from proof-of-concept processing at Tecomatlán towards commercial production. Coming shortly after completion of our share consolidation, this rebrand completes an important phase of corporate repositioning, giving us both the identity and the capital structure to support our next phase of growth as we engage with a broader base of Australian and international investors.”
Tecomatlán Antimony Processing Plant Advances Toward Wet Commissioning and Processing
Rehabilitation, equipment installation and commissioning preparations continue to advance at the Tecomatlán Antimony Processing Plant, with recent work focused on the crushing, grinding and flotation circuits as the plant moves toward wet commissioning. Work remains on schedule.
Plant Development Progress
Over the recent operating period, the team has progressively advanced the rehabilitation and modification of the process plant infrastructure. Work has included conveyor refurbishment, construction of flotation-cell support areas, tank fabrication, piping installation, fresh-water infrastructure and improvements to the mill feed system.
The crushing circuit has also been progressively tested under actual ore-handling conditions. These operating trials have enabled the team to identify and address practical issues ahead of continuous operation, including screen efficiency, material handling characteristics and moisture-related challenges associated with clay-rich lower-grade ore.
Importantly, the crushing campaign has now generated approximately 200 tonnes of prepared material, providing a meaningful inventory for the next stage of process testing.

Grinding and Flotation Commissioning
Current activities are increasingly focused on completing the grinding circuit and connecting it with the conditioning and flotation sections of the plant. Installation of the cyclone system, mill discharge piping, SRL pumps and process-water lines is progressing alongside completion of the mill feed conveyor and mechanical work associated with Ball Mill No. 2.
In parallel, flotation-area piping and ancillary equipment installation continue to advance. With the flotation circuit approximately 90% complete, the immediate objective is to complete the remaining mechanical and piping work, undertake dry commissioning and subsequently progress toward wet commissioning of the integrated plant.
Reagents and Operational Control
The reagent preparation area is scheduled for installation this week, and all reagents required for the planned processing campaign are already on site, supporting readiness for the upcoming commissioning and Proof-of-Concept program.
During operations, process performance will be monitored using a Niton XRF analyser to provide rapid on-site guidance on feed, concentrate and tailings performance. Representative samples will also be submitted to ALS for independent laboratory analysis to validate metallurgical results and confirm overall POC performance.
Next Steps
The next phase of work will focus on completing the grinding and flotation installations, confirming mechanical and electrical performance during commissioning, and commencing controlled processing of the prepared mineralised material inventory. Laboratory results from the crushed-material sampling program will also provide an important confirmation of the feed grade ahead of metallurgical reconciliation.
The continued progress at Tecomatlán represents an important step toward establishing an operating platform capable of evaluating the recovery and production of antimony concentrate from the Company’s Mexican antimony feed sources.
Change of Name and ASX Code
From the commencement of trading on Monday, 21 September 2026, the Company’s securities trade on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the new code ANT (fully paid ordinary shares), ANTO (listed options exercisable at $0.075 and expiring 31 August 2030) and ANTOA (listed options exercisable at $0.20 and expiring 30 November 2026), replacing the previous codes EVR, EVRO and EVROA respectively.
The change of name reflects Antimony Resources’ strategic evolution and clear focus on antimony as a critical mineral of growing importance to North American and allied defence, energy and industrial supply chains, in the context of significant global supply constraints. The Company is advancing production-capable Proof-of-Concept (POC) processing at its Tecomatlán plant, mineralised material supply from the Chinantla antimony project, and exploration at the Los Lirios Antimony Project in Mexico, together with its antimony ground in Nevada, USA.
The change of name does not affect the rights of shareholders or the Company’s operations. Existing holding statements remain valid, and the Company’s ACN and Australian Business Number are unchanged. Shareholders are not required to take any action.
The rebrand follows shortly after the Company’s recently completed capital consolidation, with the two initiatives together giving Antimony Resources a corporate identity and capital structure better suited to its next phase of growth and to engagement with a broader base of Australian and international investors.
The Company’s new corporate website has been launched at www.antimonyresources.com.auto coincide with the change of name. The existing evresources.com.au domain and email addresses will redirect to the new site for a transitional period. Shareholders and investors are encouraged to register on the new website to receive Company announcements and updates directly.

About Antimony Resources
Antimony Resources Limited (ASX: ANT) is a critical minerals exploration and development company focused on securing the North American antimony supply chain.
We are rapidly transitioning from a diversified explorer to an expected near-term antimony producer. Antimony is a designated critical mineral by the US, EU, and Australia, with applications in energy storage, battery technology, defence, and high-tech applications.
Our asset portfolio is strategically positioned in mining-friendly jurisdictions:
Tecomatlán Processing Plant (Mexico): ANT’s regional antimony processing hub and centrepiece of its near-term Proof-of-Concept strategy. ANT is completing plant integration while establishing regional third-party ore supply, targeting the production of a marketable antimony concentrate and demonstrating the Tecomatlán processing model.
Los Lirios Antimony Project (Mexico): ANT’s high-grade antimony project located approximately 50km from Tecomatlán. Work is progressing towards a maiden JORC Mineral Resource, with Los Lirios being advanced in parallel as a potential future proprietary feed source complementing ANT’s regional third-party ore supply.
US Antimony Projects – Dollar and Milton (Nevada): ANT’s 100%-owned US antimony assets provide direct exposure to the US critical minerals supply chain and complement the Company’s Mexican processing and feedstock strategy as it builds an integrated North American antimony platform.
Integrated North American Antimony Strategy
ANT is building an integrated North American antimony value chain, combining regional ore supply and processing at Tecomatlán, potential future proprietary feed from Los Lirios and direct US exposure through its Nevada assets.
ANT is funded through its planned Proof-of-Concept phase and is targeting production of a marketable antimony concentrate. Beyond Proof-of-Concept, the Company intends to pursue select strategic and offtake partnerships to accelerate its objective of supplying antimony into the North American market.
