Vancouver, BC: Ross River Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: RRM) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Mr. Brian Leeners will be joining the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Leeners is the founding partner of Nexvu Capital Corp. and has served as a director and senior officer for multiple public and private companies over the past fifteen years. Mr. Leeners received both his B.Comm. and L.L.B. degrees from the University of British Columbia in 1992.

The Company also wishes to announce that Dr. Timothy Marsh will be joining the Company as an advisor. Dr. Marsh has over 25 years experience including Chief Geologist of Resolution Copper Company (a Rio Tinto Company), Kennecott Minerals Company on the Cortez Joint Venture in Nevada and AMT International (Manager of Exploration and Geology). Dr. Marsh holds a B.Sc. Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in “Ore Deposits and Exploration” from Stanford University.

The Company further announces the issuance of 3.65 million incentive stock options to various directors, employees and consultants exercisable at $0.10 for a five-year period.
