On Wednesday afternoon First Majestic Silver announced the proposed sale of its La Parrilla silver mine to Golden Tag Resources in a deal that could be worth up to $33.5 million. The proposed deal consists of First Majestic getting $20 million in Golden Tag shares, and $13.5 million in cash or shares based on the conditions of the deal.
