Vancouver, BC – Vangold Resources Ltd. (“Vangold” or the “Company”) (TSX:VAN) is pleased to announce the release of the February 28, 2017 NI 43-101 Technical Report for the “El Pinguico Mine” (the “Technical Report”) located 10 km from the City of Guanajuato, Mexico.

The Technical Report was authored by Mr. Carlos Cham Domínguez, C.P.G., an independent Qualified Person (as that term is defined in NI 43-101). The report has been filed on SEDAR and can be accessed directly from the Company’s website at www.vangold.ca.

The Technical Report offers detailed history, collection and sampling of the underground stock mineral pile.
