If the Company’s application is accepted, the transition to the TSX-V is anticipated to occur in January 2014 with no disruption in trading. Approval for the listing of the Company’s shares on the TSX-V remains subject to completion of the application process and the Company meeting all applicable TSX-V listing requirements.
