Toronto, Ontario: September 22, 2014, Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV-RMN), (the "Company") today announced that all matters set out in our management information circular dated August 26, 2014 for the 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on September 22, 2014 (the "Meeting") were approved by shareholders. A total of 75,210,579 shares were voted representing 74.23% of the outstanding shares of the Company.

The following six nominees were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below:
