Primero Mining Corp. (“Primero” or the “Company”) (TSX:P)(NYSE:PPP) announces the completion of the secondary offering of common shares of Primero held by Goldcorp Inc. (“Goldcorp”), which was previously announced on September 18, 2012. Following closing of the Offering, Goldcorp owns 31,151,200 common shares of Primero, representing approximately 32.2% of the outstanding common shares of Primero, which will continue to be held by Goldcorp subject to a three year lock-up period that commenced on August 6, 2010.
