Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – June 15, 2012) – Pacific Comox Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PCM) reports the resignation of James Janzen from his position as CFO and V.P. Exploration and from the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2011 as a result accepting an appointment as an officer with a major gold mining Company.


The Board thanks Jim for his contribution to Pacific Comox since 2002. Jim was heavily involved in the acquisition and the exploration of the Mabel gold/silver property in Mexico and the Ryan Lake copper/molybdenum exploration program in the Matachewan area of Ontario.
