Vancouver, B.C. – Orex Minerals Inc. – (REX: TSX-V) (“Orex” ) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Sigorex Management GmbH (“Sigorex“) to provide investor relations services to Orex pursuant to a consulting agreement dated May 24, 2011 (the “Agreement“).
Per the Agreement, Sigorex’s duties will include developing communications packages, organizing presentations, representing Orex at tradeshows, and assisting in efforts to seek additional business relationships which will be of benefit to Orex.
President of Orex, Gary Cope stated, “I am confident that engaging Sigorex, a quality organization with a proven track record, will further enhance the image and awareness of Orex Minerals within the European capital markets. Combined with our strategic North American investor relations efforts, this new contract with Sigorex will advance our investor relations on a global scale.”
Sigorex will be paid an initial fee of 20,000 EUR, which includes the first month of services, and 5,000 EUR per month after the first month, for a period of one year. The Agreement is renewable upon mutual agreement of Orex and Sigorex. It is subject to any required regulatory approvals and conditions.

Sigorex is a German-based investor relations consulting company in operation since 2004, specializing in exploration companies and whose Managing Director is Markus Kaempf. Sigorex will assist in attracting potential shareholders in European countries, especially in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Both Sigorex and Mr. Kaempf are at arm’s length to the Company and neither has any interest, directly or indirectly, in Orex or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
