ZAPOPAN, JAL, Mexico, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Minera San Jorge S.A. de C.V. (“MSJ” or the “Company”) has issued a statement regarding the ownership of Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera. MSJ wants to make public the fact that the Company no longer has an ownership interest in either Cinco Minas or Gran Cabrera, two mineral properties located in Jalisco, Mexico. MSJ was removed from the mineral rights ownership of these two properties due to a labor dispute and is now owned by a non-related third party company.

MSJ has already issued a statement in response to a recent press release by Bandera Gold Ltd. claiming to have signed a non-binding Letter of Intent between Bandera and MSJ, to purchase the two mining properties. MSJ wants to clarify that the company currently has no association with either Bandera Gold Ltd. or persons associated with Bandera Gold Ltd.

MSJ has no further comment on the matter.
