(TSX:MAG)(NYSE MKT:MVG) (“MAG” or the “Company”) announced that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2013 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 18, 2013 were re-elected as directors of MAG. MAG’s shareholders also re-appointed Deloitte and Touche LLP as the Company’s auditor and approved the continuation of the Company’s Shareholder Rights Plan.
