VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sep 16, 2015 (Marketwired via COMTEX) — Oroco Resource Corp. (OCO) ("Oroco" or "the Company") announces that it has not received any payout from Goldgroup Mining Inc. ("Goldgroup") of the US$750,000 promissory note due and payable on September 15, 2015. The Company and Goldgroup are currently negotiating the payment of Goldgroup's outstanding indebtedness to the Company. The Company remains confident of obtaining payment in full and of Goldgroup's intentions to honour its indebtedness.
