VANCOUVER, June 12, 2014 /CNW/ – Goldgroup Mining Inc. (“Goldgroup” or the “Company”) (TSX:GGA, OTC:GGAZF, BMV SIX:GGAN.MX) held its annual and special meeting of shareholders in Vancouver, B.C. on June 11, 2014.

At the meeting, all director nominees listed in the Company’s management information circular dated May 7, 2014, were elected as directors of the Company.

In addition to the above results, at the meeting, shareholders reappointed Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Company, approved the number of directors being fixed at seven and approved the 2014 stock option plan of the Company.
