(Fortunate Sun or, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on April 27, 2012 the following individuals were re-elected to the board of directors: Reg Advocaat, Peter Chen, Gary Nordin, Scott Young and Terrance Owen.

In addition, Reg Advocaat has been re-appointed President & CEO of the Company and Peter Chen has been re-appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
