(BCY – TSX Venture), announces that further to the news release dated February 10, 2011, its name has changed to Mexigold Corp. The Company will commence trading under its new name and symbol, MAU, at the open on March 16, 2011 and will trade on a post-consolidated basis of one (1) new common share for every four (4) common shares currently issued and outstanding.
Following the share consolidation, the Company will have 18,559,442 common shares issued and outstanding.
