Aurcana Corporation (AUN.V) is down another 5% at 71 cents today, and has touched a day low of 68 cents with close to 7 million shares traded.


Late yesterday afternoon we wrote that Aurcana Corp was down 2 cents at 77 cents with more than 6 million shares traded. The stock was trading near year highs of $1.10 in the last third of last month but has been sold down pretty steadily since then. Aurcana on April 7 announced record silver production, details of La Negra production expansion and that the Shafter Silver Mine project was on target.


Aurcana Corporation is a Canadian junior mining company. It owns 92% of the La Negra mine and 100% of the Shafter silver mine.
