Oroco Resource Corp (TSX-V:OCO.V) Oroco's Santo Tomas copper deposit stands out as one of a very few independently owned copper assets with an ability to be put into production to meet future demand for copper. With a newly established 8.6 Billion pound copper resource ($39 billion in situ value at current prices), and a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment that carries a $2.3 billion pre-tax NPV, Oroco offers investors significant leverage to the metal that's been called the "new oil" and for which demand is widely forecast to greatly exceed supply in the coming years greatly.
