Minera Alamos has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Calibre USA Holdings for US$115 million, including cash and equity considerations. The deal includes the producing Pan Gold Mine and Gold Rock Project, with the potential for significant production growth. The company targets over 175 koz gold annually post-transaction.
